Farming Outside DPRK

This is really interesting. North Korea’s basically renting out the Amur region of Russia, and farming soybeans and other crops. I wonder if they’ll start letting migrant workers to go to other countries, farm on their lands for cheap pay, and then send back a remittance as well as a portion of the crops as well? Kinda’ like the ManSuDae Project Teams, but instead of art constructions, it’s crop-growing!
