Update on Floaters to Japan

The north wants them back. Speaking of wanting people back, Japan has sent over Nakai Hiro, in charge with retrieving the Japanese citizens captured by North Korea, to China, and he might actually be getting somewhere with his latest trip there:
This trip, amidst South Korea’s president, Lee, Myung-Bak’s trip to China, to smooth over recent tensions between the two nations:

In fact, a lot seems to be going on in China. Those guys North Korea wants back are now in Dalian, China, waiting to be brought back to North Korea:

On the other hand, there were 2737 refugees who fled the north last year, and are now in South Korea:
