Last month on the 25th, “All-around 12-year compulsory Education” was announced at the Supreme Peoples’ Assembly, which is the biggest change 1990. It’s surfaced, that policies are in place to try and rain in on the long-standing practice of accepting bribes for college admission.

According to an North Korean inside scoop on the 8th with Daily NK, “During those times, in order for your children to enter a good college, as if it was actual protocol, and has become such a problem that it was discussed at the Supreme Peoples’ Assembly” and that “Authorities are planning conducting major inspections and passing down heavy punishments by digging up dirt on any wrongdoings from the education sector due to bribing college, or education cadres.
